DIY: Flowered Mirror Decoration
What you will need:
* The mirrors were purchased from IKEA for 5$ a piece.
* 1 Bottle of Pink Acrylic - Tutti Fruitti from Dollarama.
* 1 Bottle of Multi-Surface Acrylic Glitter -Sunstone (Martha Stewart) from Michaels.
* 1 Flower shaped Stencil from Michaels.
* Martha Stewart Sponge Kit from Michaels,or you may use paint brush.
Originally coloured blue, I double painted over with a baby pink colour. After letting sit for about 30 minutes to ensure no smudging, I continued by placing my stencil in various spots to not look so mechanical but easy flowing. I love the colour I picked with the pink which is a sandy glitter colour from the Martha Stewart multi-surface collection of paints. I used sponge application to built glitter and texture. I am so pleased with how these mirrors turned out and I am going to hang them up in my daughters room. Something super easy and fun to create!
